Our child was catastrophically injured during the birthing process when she suffered from a lack of oxygen to such a degree that her brain was severely injured. We received no real explanation about what happened.

Mr. Strype reviewed the medical clinical notes and records and developed all the evidence to make a case for obstetrical malpractice.

Our case was part of a class action against Go Transit. I suffered a severe shoulder injury that effectively ended my ability to work as a cook. This is a job that I loved to work at and I suffered greatly from the loss of employment and the loss of use of my arm.

In the end, Mr. Strype not only won the trial and the highest award for damages for a shoulder injury, but successfully held the award in the Court of Appeal.
